We need your help!

This is just the start (hopefully) of the birth of a website that we can ALL help to contribute to, and make it into that reflects the awesomeness of ‘The Guards Depot’.

BUT, we need your help to do that!

If you have pictures, stories, information or anything that you think will bring enjoyment to others then please send them through to us….

If you have pictures, stories, information or anything that you think will bring enjoyment to others then please send them through to us (you can get in touch with us via the contact page or jump on the forum to speak to us and others, or email us at the email below).

Our aim is to have a site for those that transitioned through the Guards Depot (whichever Depot that may be), a place to reminisce, rekindle and remember, but we can’t do that alone.

This is what we would like to do with this website:

Squad/Company Photos:
Wouldn’t it be great to pull up an old photo from the Depot Days. These photos are out there, will you share them please?
We’d love to have some kind of database that people can look back on to their times in the Depot. You never know, this could even bring mates back in touch with one another.

Photos & Stories:
Everyone has a story and it would be awesome if you could share them with us. Those ‘Depot Days’ are what turned us from ‘Boys to Men’ and we all have those stories that have been told to family and friends, why not have a place to collate all these experiences together for all?

Information:
There is so much information out there that people know snippets of. Bringing it all together will make something that everyone can enjoy. Imagine having a full list per year of ALL INSTRUCTORS that served in the Depot, or the Regimental Sergeant Majors from the Depot. This is the kind of thing we would like to do.

The Vision:
This is our vision, it won’t be easy, it won’t be quick but it will definitely be AWESOME! Will you help to make this website into something that reflects the excellence of the ‘Guards Depot’ ?

CAN YOU HELP?
If you have images of the Depot (Caterham or Pirbright), and would like to support this website in preserving our history, please drop us an email with any images/stories/encounters at:
